Who we are

We are two sisters, who love babies and a good cookie!  We were pregnant together in 2014 and after giving birth, we researched ways to get our milk flowing.  We came across recipes for lactation cookies, and after experimenting with multiple recipes and ingredients, we created a delicious (and seriously addicting) cookie that promotes lactation, The Bent Elbow lactation cookies.

Two a day gets the milk on its way!

For best results, we recommend eating two cookies per day. We enjoy The Bent Elbow lacation cookies frozen too for a cold treat!

Quality is Key

We believe quality is key to taste and your health, so each batch of The Bent Elbow lactation cookies is full of important quality lactation promoting ingredients: Organic Oats, Brown Sugar, Sugar, Organic Flaxseed Meal, Brewers Yeast, Anise Seeds, Ground Fennel, Ground Fennugreek, Organic Cinnamon, Vanilla Extract Flavoring, Butter, Egg, H2O.

What is a Galactagogue?

A galactagogue ga·lac·ta·gogue (gə-lāk'tə-gôg')  is an agent that promotes the secretion and flow of milk, and we've got them!

Oats

Dark Chocolate

Fennel

Anise

Fenugreek

Brewers Yeast

Flaxseed Meal

Coconut

Dried Cranberries

Allergy Warning: Fenugreek is in the same family with peanuts and chickpeas, and may cause an allergic reaction in Mermaid Mamas who are allergic to these things.

My husband keeps eating my lactation cookies... is that ok?

You keep hiding them, but without fail, he finds them! Not to worry, our ingredients are safe for the whole family!

Keep your Mer-Man happy and buy him his own cookies: Dads Oatmeal Choc. Chunk & The Fatherload.
